BayBoard v1.0

• See each technician’s day: open time, job status, customer, and the promised-by time.
• Add jobs, drag them to a new time, and open job details without leaving the board.
• Change status, scheduled time, technician, estimate, or promised time in Job Details.

• Run Auto-Schedule to place ready unassigned jobs into open time on the board.
• Carry Forward moves older incomplete scheduled jobs to the next open shop day.

• Add technicians and review How It Works during setup.
• Manage shop hours, technicians, job types, statuses, and team access in Settings.
• Set technician skills and Auto-Schedule preferences.
• Block a technician for a full day or part of a day. Jobs inside a new block move to Unassigned, and Auto-Schedule skips that blocked window of time.

• Open Today, Scoreboard, or My Hours to see the numbers that matter for your shop.
• Choose a date range, open job details, and export CSV or print when your role allows.

• Open Support to reach Ask BayBoard, Contact Support, System Status, Shortcuts, and Legal pages in the rail.
• Documentation and What’s New are buttons on Ask BayBoard. Both open this help site in a new browser tab.
• Ask BayBoard answers from the published help docs. It does not read shop data.
• Open the shortcut list any time to see every key this product can use on the board.
